Though stumbling on to this service quite unintentionally, we have found that not only is it a natural extension of our staging and design skills, but we love doing it! And investors and other short term rental owners are relieved when we can take off their plates the time-consuming and often overwhelming task of setting up their short term rental.

Our Process
Step 1
consultation
After viewing the property, we will listen to your goals for your short term rental. What is your budget? How many guests would you like to accomodate? Any special “extras” you would like to include? And if you are unsure, no problem. We’ve done this lots of times!
Step 2
proposal
We will create a design plan for the property and submit a proposal for taking your empty property to a well-supplied, beautiful rental destination.
Step 3
installation
The design plan becomes a reality! Furniture, bedding, decor, housewares and supplies - everything will be put in place and ready for your first guests!
